Hey, I’m Devin Harriman, I’m 30 years old I’m from Ridgefield Wa. I have grown up in the PNW. I’ve been racing for 26 years and have been racing professional for the last 12 years. I spent the first couple years racing locally and the local nationals and a supercross race in Netherlands in 2015 & 2016. I was hurt almost all of 2017 so didn’t get to do much. I race AMSOIL Arenacross & a select few rounds of outdoors. In 2019 I started to race supercross and have had some good luck ever sense. I have been racing supercross and a select few rounds of outdoors sense 2019.
In 2022 I reach a life long goal of mine of earning enough point to score a National number for 2023. For the last 4 years I have been training at Reynard training complex and really have been focusing on supercross and sharpening my skills on the bike. During the summer I dId the first two nationals in California and then head back to the north west to race a lot of local races and to get ready for Washougal.
From the end of 2023-2025 I sustained three major crashers that all lead to directly to the hospital. in 2024 I was landed on in Daytona Sx and sustained 9 broken bones a broken back 5 ribs along with a broken shoulder and stretched nerves in my shoulder. That was my was crash and at that point I was 29 and new where I was heading and it wasn't going to be to continue to race. but I wasn't going to allow someone else determine when I was going to be done so I decided to give it my all one last time in 2025 and go out on my own terms. ended up having a bike malfunction at round three that resulted a broken hand. but I came back raced my last SX race in from of the home crowd in Seattle and called it quits.

hard Goals

1. Create Riders With Direction
Every rider in the HARD Program has written goals, a plan, and accountability. No showing up just to “ride laps.” Everyone knows what they’re working toward and why.
2. Develop Complete Riders (On & Off the Bike)
HARD riders improve riding technique, race craft, fitness habits, mindset, professionalism, and decision making. Riding is only one piece of the puzzle.
3. Teach Riders How to Build Careers, Not Just Results
We educate riders on how sponsorships actually work, how to communicate with brands, how to represent partners properly, and how to create long-term value beyond results.
4. Connect Riders to the Right People
HARD doesn’t just talk about sponsorships, we help create real relationships. Riders are introduced to companies, industry contacts, and opportunities that fit their level and trajectory.
5. Build Accountability and Ownership
Riders are expected to take responsibility for their effort, preparation, attitude, and goals. HARD provides guidance, but success requires buy-in.
6. Prepare Riders for the Next Level
Whether the goal is qualifying for Loretta Lynn’s, moving to A class, turning pro, or becoming a more competitive local racer, HARD builds realistic step-by-step paths forward.
7. Create Consistency, Not Peaks
The goal is steady improvement over time, not occasional good days. Training, habits, and mindset are built to last an entire season and career.
8. Develop Confidence Through Preparation
Confidence comes from knowing you’re doing the work. HARD riders show up prepared physically, mentally, and technically.
about the tiers
The HARD Program uses a tier-based system to create structure, accountability, and earned progression. Tiers are not purchased, requested, or guaranteed. Placement and advancement are based on performance, effort, and professionalism over time.
Each rider enters the program at a tier that reflects their current ability, commitment level, and readiness. From there, progression is evaluated continuously throughout the year, both on and off the bike.
Advancement through the tiers is earned by:
• Consistent effort and preparation
• Coachability and attitude
• Execution of individual goals
• Accountability in training and competition
• Professional conduct and communication
Results matter, but they are not the only factor. Riders who show discipline, consistency, and ownership of their development will progress faster than riders relying on talent alone.
Tiers are designed to create clear expectations. As riders move up, responsibility increases. Higher tiers come with higher standards, increased visibility, and greater opportunities.
The tier system exists to reward commitment, create direction, and ensure that every rider in the HARD Program is held to a standard that matches their goals.
